Little Prater Church of Christ is a non-denominational church that seeks to be true to the Bible. Our requirement for membership is identical to those of the initial church described in the New Testament (Matthew 16:13-18).
Faith: Believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son and that He died on the cross, rose from the grave to save you from your sins and gave you the gift of eternal life. Romans 10:17; John 3:16; Hebrews 11:1-6
Repentance: Sincerely desire to turn away from anything that displeases God and live according to His word and will. Luke 13:3; Acts 2:37-38
Confession: Openly declare your faith in Christ. Matthew 10:32; Romans 10:9-10,13
Baptism: Identify yourself with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus by being baptized in His name. We practice immersion, which is the original form of baptism. Acts 2:38; Romans 6:1-4; Mark 16:16
